Today's post features a home delivery I ordered from OMI Chadstone. OMI is a Japanese restaurant that serves all kind of dishes that are available to their customers to enjoy. They are well known for their high premium quality wagyu rice bowls. All of the wagyu they serve are sourced from the finest local suppliers in Victoria and Tasmania. OMI produces high quality dishes that suits all kind of taste buds therefore don't worry because there is definitely something available for you on the menu even if you are not really a big fan of Japanese food!

Due to COVID-19 lockdown, we were all stuck at home and are unable to go out for dine-in meals which is why we got it delivered to us. Whenever I scrolled my Instagram / Facebook, I often come across OMI's ads and it looked delicious therefore I decided to try it out. My boyfriend and I love Japanese food therefore we sort of had expectations on the food.

The ordering process was super easy as it was very convenient. All I had to do was order it through their website and select the time and date you'd like it delivered to you as well as the dishes that you want. The delivery comes with a fee, however, if you exceed $100, OMI will waive the delivery fee for you. Overall, the portions were a quite generous and we enjoyed our food. As mentioned earlier, we ordered it for home delivery which resulted in the fries turning soggy and chicken karaage being less crunchy. Despite that, we enjoyed our meal and are grateful for being able to try out different dishes that are prepared by the OMI chef & team despite being in the middle of a pandemic.

WORTH IT?

I would say it's worth it if you have not tried OMI and heard about the crazy hype about it. You never try never know! 🤪 I believe some people have different tastebuds and preferences!
