Today's feature would be about one of the well known cafes in Melbourne called Little Rogue. Little Rogue is a small and welcoming cafe, popular with local coffee lovers. They are located in one of the alley way in Melbourne CBD. It is a hidden gem that serves amazing speciality coffee, green tea latte and pastries that complements the drinks really well.

WAS IT WORTH THE TRY?

Personally, I enjoy drinking coffee and matcha latte therefore I enjoyed my time at Little Rogue. I went to Little Rogue with my friend for a catch-up and ordered the famous iced matcha latte while my friend on the other hand ordered matcha latte. We also ordered the famous danish peach pastry to complement our drinks! The matcha that i had was full of matcha taste and the umami was really strong almost possible to even replace your cup of coffee!

During our visit to Little Rogue, when we first got there we were greeted by lovely staffs who works there and shortly after we were seated in those table along the windows. However, due to covid-19 social distancing restrictions, we were told to sanitise ourselves before sitting down. There were also limit in numbers as to how many people are allowed to sit in the cafe. We were only allowed to sit for an hour before we have to give up our seat to others who were queuing outside waiting for their turn.

I've always heard of amazing recommendations and reviews about Little Rogue, and after trying it out myself, I must admit it definitely meet my high standards. To those who have high standards and expectations when it comes to matcha, this place - Little Rogue, is highly recommended! It is by far the best cafe that serves high quality matcha and coffee. From the flavours to the consistency of matcha, the flavour is always spot on.

Overall, it is a must try experience if you're ever in Melbourne for holiday or even if you're living in Melbourne. This hidden gem that is located in a hidden alley is a must try if you're ever around. Matcha & coffee + pastries, what a combo! Highly recommend 😍
